Memory of Tyler: When he told our entire Sophomore German class it was snowing outside, resulting in us all running to the window during class to see nothing but sunny skies. Our teacher was not happy (Sorry Frau Bind).
Reaction to proposal: Complete shock and general silence. Tyler had to ask, "is that a yes?" Then I ran upstairs with my best friends and drank champagne.

Memory of Rachel: When she got her wisdom teeth removed she used pantyhose full of frozen peas on her cheeks. She looked like a chipmunk and her face smelled like peas.
Proposal: Basically made Rachel organize her own engagement party. We had all of our friends over to our new house and I made a toast at 11:11 wearing the shirt I wore the night we first kissed in High School. I got down on one knee but forgot to actually ask her to marry me.
